In my last job at Music BC, I was put in charge of a province-wide directory, containing phone numbers, emails, addresses and lots of other info for various music industry people and companies. I made a lot of phone calls, sent an army of emails, and probably bugged a few people to the point where they hated the sound of my voice. Ah yes, the cold call.
